Velve is a direct manufacturer with in-house production facilities in Dongguan, China. We have been developing and producing specialty yarns and threads since 2003 — not a trading company or reseller. This means direct factory pricing, full quality control, custom development capabilities, and shorter lead times.

Does Velve offer custom yarn development (OEM/ODM)?

Yes. Velve offers full custom development including custom colors, custom glow intensity levels, custom scents for fragrant yarn, custom packaging (logo printing, labeling, branding), custom yarn counts and specifications, and custom blend formulations. Contact our sales team with your requirements.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Velve offers sample quantities for product testing and evaluation. Sample pricing is available on individual product pages. For bulk production pricing, contact our sales team. We support both sample orders for qualification and full production orders.

How long does glow-in-the-dark yarn luminesce?

Velve's rare-earth phosphorescent yarn produces 4-8 hours of visible glow after 10 minutes of light charging. Available in 120 colors with green, blue, and yellow glow options. Product lines include high-brightness embroidery thread, metallic sets, sewing thread, and raised embroidery thread.

What are the conductive properties of Velve's conductive yarn?

Velve's conductive yarn uses stainless steel fiber composite spinning for excellent conductivity and durability. Suitable for smart textiles, wearable devices, EMI shielding, and anti-static workwear. Custom specifications available.

How do thermochromic and photochromic yarns work?

Thermochromic yarn changes color at customizable temperatures (commonly 30°C, 40°C, 50°C). Photochromic yarn changes color reversibly under sunlight or UV light, returning to original color in darkness. Suitable for anti-counterfeiting, creative apparel, and brand identification.
